Mr Nitin Ronghe is an Engineering Graduate having done his Master in Business Administration (MBA). He has also acquired a Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management (DIRPM). A first-generation Entrepreneur Mr. Nitin Ronghe has been actively involved with various social causes and movements. He has been working for the underprivileged and downtrodden. He has exhibited high resonance work in the development of the Vidarbha region. He got an opportunity as a youngest member of the Expert Committee to study the backlog and fore log of Vidarbha in the year 2010. This committee had eminent members which included Ex. Finance Minister, retired IAS, IPS & IFS officers.
Thanks to his consistent social work Mr Nitin Ronghe was selected by the US Government for their prestigious Legislative Fellows Programme in October 2012. He was among 27 young emerging leaders selected from Central and South Asia by the US Government. This programme coincided with the US Presidential Election of 2012. He got an opportunity to gather insight into the administrative and political process of the US Government. Mr Nitin was also part of the World Professional Congress in 2012 in Washington DC. It is indeed a matter of pride for him since the other Alumni of this programme are several Heads of States and Noble Laureates. He was invited as a Special Invitee to attend the International Conference of Asian Political Parties (ICAPP) in Sri Lanka in 2014, where he engaged with several Heads of States, Industrial Leaders from various Asian Countries. He was invited again to the US during the US Presidential Election of 2016, to observe the Election Process. He relishes connecting with the Youth and work towards their empowerment & development. He visits Colleges and Forums to deliver lectures on varied subjects like Entrepreneurship, Issues of Vidarbha, Pollution, The US Presidential Election Process, Issues pertaining to developing and developed nations etc.
